We plan and design the food plan based on your ethnicity, lifestyle, preferences, medical condition, food allergies, likes, and dislikes. There is no "One Size Fits All". All your details are taken into consideration before curating a plan.
1:1 Consultations
Initial Consultation: 60-70 min
The initial consultation will help me understand your goals with the help of a questionnaire. A complete nutrition analysis will be done including your eating habits, lifestyle choices, allergies, medical history, and overall state of health and wellbeing. Based on this information, a summary report will be prepared and an action plan will be provided which will include lifestyle recommendations, supplement recommendations, and a 15 day Diet Plan.
Follow-up consultation: 45 min
The follow-up will help us understand the progress you make and based on the progress, a 15 day menu plan will be provided along with lifestyle and supplement recommendations.
